My wife and I own a successful luxury Airbnb waterfront property on the coast of the Avalon Peninsula in Port De Grave, Newfoundland, Canada. It is a 55 min. drive mostly all HWY to downtown `s, NL.

We have owned this ocean front property since 2014 and have been using it as short term Airbnb rental since 2018. We moved away in 2017 and decided to open it up as an Airbnb.

This gorgeous property which is situated in the richest fishing village on the Avalon coast in Port De Grave (Ships Cove), Newfoundland, Canada

It is a spacious bungalow features a grand living room with all hardwood floors throughout, a large eat-in kitchen, a massive master bedroom with double doors, and a huge second bedroom. The home also has a three-piece main bath with a jetted tub and shower, as well as a sunroom to sit and enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The areas downstairs are highlighted by a large media room with a 100-inch automated projection screen and a surround sound speaker system. There are also two more bedrooms with a 32-inch TV in each one, a newly completed full bath with a corner shower, and a laundry room.

We are contemplating on selling our vacation property because we have moved to a different province but we have been running it since 2017. Everything is in place for someone to take it over ie. cleaning and maint pany etc.

Selling fully furnished at $400,000 OBO or can negotiate a price just for the property without furniture. We already have 10 families that have confirmed reservations thus far for 2020.
